Danny McBride

Danny is the only Scottish coach currently working with Fusion Futbol Club and he brings a wealth of playing  experience and enthusiasm.

Danny played with Dundee United FC and Dundee FC which are two professional youth academy’s in the Scottish Premier League. He then played for Arbroath FC in the Scottish 2nd Division, before representing Tayside Region Select, and the Scotland U18 Schoolboys National Team.

Eventually Danny ended up at King College where he played four years.  In his junior year at King, Danny was named an NCCAA Scholar Athlete.  In 2010 and 2011 he won the “Hardcore Award” and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Regional Athlete of the Year.

As a coach, Danny worked with the Fusion U11 Boys in 2010.  He holds a USSF Tennessee State E License and plans to earn his USSF National D License the fall.  He is currently the Assistant Coach for the King College Women’s Soccer Team.
