Communication

There will be several different ways to get urgent information throughout the season.

The first is through the website.  There is a hotline number and messaging system in the top left corner of the Home Page.  Parents and players can call the number or check the website for urgent updates related to severe weather.  As soon as a decision is made, these two communication channels will be updated.  If they are not updated then a decision has not been made to cancel a game or practice.

We are also going to offer text message updates for those managers or coaches who want to use that method of communication.  To sign up for the text message system please complete the form below.  This is a new system we are trying to implement so please be patient as we work through any issues which may come up.
